Our 3-Prong Approach to Advancement...
Identity:
Fit, Function, and Flow is an Identity-based leadership model. Instead of putting people in positions simply because you want them there, do the work to discover their FIT, FUNCTION, AND FLOW ™. Many are pastoring because ‘they can’, but, are not called or graced to.
Education:
The Advance Ministry Institute (AMI), was founded by Dr. Benjamin T. Moore III in 2011. It is a fully academically accredited school of ministry. We are accredited by the Association of Independent Christian Colleges & Seminaries (Missouri). AMI is focused on ministry training and leadership development.
We will also have Continuing Kingdom Education Credits for our Licensed/Ordained/Affirmed Leaders.
Empowerment:
It is our heart to relaunch the Identity Conference; a gathering dedicated to empowering Believers to identify who they have been called to be creating an atmosphere of collaboration and strength. Additionally, there will be trainings and modules throughout the year to ensure that we meeting the needs of the Advance Leaders.

Our Purpose:
The Advance Network is a Christian leadership network led by Dr. Benjamin T. Moore, III. The network is structured around three core pillars: Identity, Education, and Empowerment. Advance Network was created to be a tool and vehicle to cover, mentor, and strengthen Christian leaders to advance the Kingdom of God in the Earth.

Our Convictions:
Advance Network is a community for Christian leaders who seek to deepen their understanding of faith and leadership. We proudly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the source of our salvation, and it is through faith that we experience the Finished Work of Christ. We advocate for embracing both water baptism and Spirit Baptism as essential steps on the journey of a New Covenant Believer. Together, let's explore the inspired teachings of the Holy Bible and empower each other as we lead in faith.
Our Giving:
Welcome to Advance Network, where we believe in the power of intentional leadership development. We encourage our partners to sow into leadership to honor our shared mission. Though not obligatory, as in dues, this practice cultivates an atmosphere of respect and financial favor that positively impacts individuals and ministries alike. Together, let’s work towards uplifting and empowering each other in our leadership journeys.
Furthermore, this allows us to continue pouring and fulfilling our purpose of ADVANCING our leaders into further Kingdom IMPACT. Ministry costs money and we must steward our finances well.
